Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your orders will take about 5-7 business days to arrive. Due to COVID -19 delivery estimation make take longer than usual.
Do you ship international?
Currently, we're only shipping in the USA and Canada. Please check out our shipping options.
Payments
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all types of credit card including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 21 days of receiving your products. All return products must be in their original, unused condition/packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and we'll not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. A store credit will be issued after we receive the products. All refunds are Pretty en Posh store credit.

How long before I receive store credit?
Once received and confirmed that the products are in resalable condition. We'll issue an email to confirm of your credit.
Cancellations/Order Changes
How can I cancel my order before it ships out?
If you'd like to cancel an existing order, please email us within 12 hours after placing it at info@prettyenposh.com. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

What if my product is deflected?
